The Workspace Menu
Summary: 

The
Workspace Menu
consists of:
- The
Workspace Menu Toggle. Use the
to toggle between Minimized and Maximized states.
And
- When the Menu is in the Minimized State you will see: A set of blocks, one for each Panel that is Closed (“Hidden”),
Or
- When the menu is in the Maximized State, you will see: The Workspace Save Menu (See Below)

- A list of blocks, one for each panel that is Closed (‘Hidden’). Each block contains:
The Name of the Panel - A list of the items are selected in that panel even though it is hidden, or “Nothing Selected” otherwise.

Using Hidden (Closed) Panels With Selected Items
To
Close
(“Hide”) a panel but keep items selected:
- Select items in the Open Panel on the Workspace,

- Close (“Hide”) the panel, by selecting either the panel’s Title, or the
Close icon - Notice that they still affect (filter) the workspace, whether the panel is open or closed.
To
un-select
an item in a
Closed
(“Hidden”) Panel and
remove
it from the workspace
filters
- Select
to maximize the workspace menu. - Find the panel with the selection you want to remove.

- Click on the selected item. It will disappear.
- The filter will be removed from that panel, and the workspace will update to reflect the change.
