This Introduction covers the different components and features of the user interface, and often adds some background on the features.

Purpose

Introduce you to concepts and terms. We will cover "What" and "Why", but not "How". For "How", see the Runcible User's Guide.

Audience

General Audience that wants to understand Runcible concepts and terms.

Professional audience that wants a brief overview of how Runcible differs from other Collaboration software. Users who have experience with ERP, Project Management, and Task Management software who want an introduction. Administrators and Operations who want to understand the system's capabilities.

The Header Bar contains these controls:

The Main Menu Panel contains these controls:

• Active User Panel • Quick Menu • Main Menu

The Workspace

The Workspace contains these controls:

• The Workspace Panels • The Workspace Menu

The Deck

To Use the Deck

• Drag and drop items to the deck to build quick collections of tasks you want to work with. • Drag items from the deck to the Workspace Panels to tag or move them.

(Note: The Deck feature is not available in the beta.)
