The Active User Panel

At the top of the menu Runcible displays your photo, and name, so that you know the active user whose account Runcible is operating under.
- Click on this panel to slide open the the active user’s profile page.
The Quick Menu


The Quick Menu is underneath the
Active User Panel
.
- Press the
Home icon to display your default workspace Tip: you can set and save the default workspace under the Workspace Menu’s gear icon.
Press the

Personal Task icon to open a sliding page with a simple list of your active personal projects. (one level deep only) .
- ( Note: This feature is not active in the beta version )
Press the

Agenda icon to open your timecard in a sliding page.
- (Note: As of this writing, this feature is not accessible in the beta version)
Press the

Logout icon will log out out of Runcible, and display the login page.
The Breadcrumb Stack


Use the
breadcrumb trail
, whenever you have navigated deeper into the Main Menu. If you’re at the top of the Menu, the Breadcrumb Stack is hidden. As you navigate into the menu, the stack adds blocks showing you the route you've taken.
- Press “Top” Breadcrumb to return to the root of the Main Menu.
- Press any of breadcrumb-trail-blocks to return a previous level of the menu.
Tip: In most cases the main menu is no more than three or four levels deep.

Workspaces and Favorites
Workspaces will display a menu of your saved Workspaces
Favorites will display a menu of your saved Favorites
You can drag and drop to reorder your Workspaces and Favorites menus.
Note: You cannot reorder the system menu.
Runcible Pages
Use the Pages menu items to either
- Search or sort a single type of Page.
- Create a new Page.
The current list of Runcible Pages includes: Users, Groups, Companies, Clients, Contracts, Programs, and Your Organization.

The Version Number
At the very bottom of the menu you will see the Runcible version number.
This helpful if you're reporting an issue with Runcible.
It also might be useful if at some point you have your own instance of Runcible and you need to speak with the help desk.
